"Hi Don; I wanted to take a minute to write something for you to share on your web site. As you know, when we came to you, we had almost given up on buying a home again. In our 50's, with a history of 2 divorces between us, bankruptcy, ex's that did not pay their share, 4 children raised, a car accident with medical bills, we therefore had 2 credit reports with issues, one with debt and another with no score from not using credit at all! Even with money saved for a down payment and having paid cash and budgeting within our means for about 8 years, we were shocked to be told by several Realtor mortgage departments that they could not help us!
